Terms and conditions related to the execution of our services

1.  Additional transport fees are calculated with the average distance required to reach your region. (We are located in Sherbrooke)

2.  Our posted prices are calculated by considering that our services are being executed during our opening hours, which are from monday to friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (considering 8:00 AM as the time we leave our offices and considering that we are back at 5:00 PM).

3.  A full-day inspection includes a maximum of 8 hours at regular hourly rate.

4.  Half a day inspection includes a maximum of 4 hours at regular hourly rate. The departure from our offices is at 8:00 AM or 1:00 PM and the return at noon or 5:00 PM.

 (*If we need to leave sooner than 8:00 AM and/or arrive later than 5:00PM and/or work on weekends and/or holidays, extras will be charged*)

5.  Included fees in our tarification for our half a day and full-day inspections:

Mileage;

The technician’s hourly rate;

The infrared camera renting fees;

Technician’s Per Diems, calculated according to the duration and traveling distance (also includes lunch);

Technician’s Per Diems, calculated according to the duration of work included in our posted pricings;

Overnight at the hotel if you are based at a significant distance from our offices;

The complete conception of the report.

6.  The inspection report will be delivered within the following 48 hours (on business days) after the full payment of the services provided.

7.  If the posted pricings’ conditions mentioned above are exceeded, extra fees appearing in the list below could be charged:

Regular hourly rate (from 8 AM to 5 PM from monday to friday): 95 $/hour

Overtime (before 8 AM and/or after 5 PM and/or after 8 continuous hours of work): 145 $/hour

Sunday or holidays or emergency: 190 $/hour

PDF version of the report: Included

Paper version (in colour) of the report: 25 $/report 

Extra overnight at the hotel: 140 $/night

Cancellation of appointment more than 48 hours before: No fees

Cancellation of appointment less than 48 hours before: 150 $

Package for a professional insurance policy greater than 1 million: To discuss

8.  The price offered for your appointment is valid only for this appointment because the price of our services may vary from year to year due to inflation and other economic factors.

9.  The list below describes the extra billable fees according to the list of our prices in effect at the time of the execution of our services:

The necessity for an emergency inspection;

The cancellation of an appointment less than 48 hours before;

The waiting time out of the control of the technician;

Any delay not attributable to the technician;

An additional movement of labor out of our control following a work interruption or an extension of the duration of the work;

Any other executed service not previously included in this offer;

The need to obtain an alternative insurance policy or a professional insurance policy greater than $ 1,000,000 for the execution of the work.

10.  Applicable taxes and extras are not included in your displayed price.

11.  The full address and general information requested on your business must be provided for the approval of your appointment.

12.  Safety and other specific training at your workplace as well as the unionized personnel necessary for the compliance of our technicians with the regulations of the local unions must be provided to LE THERMOGRAPHE thermal analysis service inc. free of charge.

13. The Thermograph thermal analysis service assumes no responsibility for the malfunction of equipment subject to thermographic inspection and the recommendations given in this report.
